• Account details — your name, email address, optional phone number and password when you register. Passwords are stored in encrypted (hashed) form by our authentication provider; we cannot see them.
• Enquiries and orders — the details you share when you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, such as your name, phone number, delivery address and the products you are interested in.
• Technical information — a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in, and standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) kept by our hosting providers for security and reliability.
• Payment information — if online payment is offered, payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your card or bank details.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

2. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and keep it secure.
• To respond to your enquiries and to process, deliver and support your orders.
• To send service emails, such as account confirmation and password reset messages.
• To prevent fraud and misuse, and to comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

We share personal information only as needed to run this website and serve you:

• Supabase — account sign-in and our customer database.
• DigitalOcean and Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery.
• Email delivery providers — to send account and service emails.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — when you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.
• Payment and courier partners — when needed to complete your order.
• Authorities — where required by law.

Some of these providers may store or process data on servers outside India. We use reputable providers that protect data with industry-standard safeguards.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete your personal information unless we are required to keep certain records (for example, order and tax records) by law.

5. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can:

• Access a summary of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct or update it — you can edit your name and phone number from My account.
• Ask us to delete your account and personal information.
• Withdraw your consent, which may mean we can no longer provide some services.
• Raise a grievance with us, and if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

6. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and access controls so that customers can only see their own account data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
