1. Our products

• Zenith sells imitation (artificial) jewellery. Our products are not made of precious metals or genuine gemstones unless a product description expressly says so.
• We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours, finish and size may vary slightly from photographs due to lighting, screen settings and the handcrafted nature of the pieces.
• If you have a sensitivity to certain metals, please check with us before purchasing or wearing a piece.

2. Prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices and availability may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order or contact you before proceeding.

3. Orders

Orders may be placed through WhatsApp, phone, email or the website where available. An order is confirmed only when we accept it and confirm availability. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, in which case any amount paid for it will be refunded.

4. Payment

Payment is due as agreed when your order is confirmed. Online payments, where offered, are processed securely by third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery timelines and charges are shared when your order is confirmed. Timelines are estimates; we are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control. Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct.

6. Returns, exchanges and cancellations

Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us promptly at +91 91723 92585 or [email protected] with your order details and photos, and we will help resolve it. Eligibility for returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds is as communicated at the time of your order.

7. Caring for your jewellery

To keep your jewellery looking its best, store it in a dry, airtight pouch and keep it away from water, perfume and cosmetics. Wear and tear from normal use or improper care is not a defect.

8. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Please provide accurate information. We may suspend or close accounts that are misused or that breach these terms.

9. Intellectual property

The Zenith name and logo, product photographs, designs and all website content belong to Zenith Corporation and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
